HRnetGroup appoints 10 new business leader co-owners

[SINGAPORE] HRnetGroup has appointed 10 new business leader co-owners, following the retirement and departure of certain leaders, to bring its total number of co-owners to 45.

This is part of the group’s strategy to deepen leadership succession and sustain business momentum, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday (Jul 16).

Co-owners can make operating decisions, while the group provides shared services including finance, HR and IT via centralised systems, policies and practices, and decentralised business partnering.

The leaders are: Daniel Cao, practice leader for HRnetOne Beijing; Agnes Chen, senior practice leader for HRnetOne Shenzhen; Chen Ping, managing director for PeopleSearch Taiwan and Doudou; Eric Ma, partner for REForce Xi’an; and Lilian Zhao, partner for REForce Beijing.

HRnetGroup also appointed Steffen Tian, partner for REForce Chengdu; Grace Tang and Magdalene Teo, business leaders for Leaps by HRnet; Deborah Ho, business leader for Crew by HRnet; and Lee Jia Jun, director for RecruitFirst Singapore.

The group said its co-ownership model is a key competitive advantage in that it allows these leaders to make operational decisions and drive business outcomes autonomously.

This model not only aligns leadership interests with those of shareholders, but also enhances operational agility, client engagement and market responsiveness, the company said.

Shares of HRnetGroup closed flat at S$0.69 on Wednesday, before the announcement.
